Disappointed
I am currently still awaiting feedback regading my loan . I constintely receive message keeping me all hopes up but they taking so long to call me back regading there false messages it looks like an automatic message response they send to all the customers , they don't keep to there TURN AROUND TIMES , WHAT HAPPENED TO 24-48 HRS SERVICES , I have been a commited customer with Capfin and I thought they will assist me as this is an urgent loan I need but they don't have customer values.
