DELAY TO GIVE ME MY PAID UP LETTER AND UPDATE ITC

i don't know how CAPFIN can still be in business, there service is pathetic, I had a loan with them, then I paid up my account but they don't send me my paid up letter.<br> In October 2015 I requested the total balance and it was sent to me as R219 I paid their full amount and they still refusing to give me my paid up letter they sent me a statement saying that my balance is R189.31 I paid R190 on the 17th December 2015 and I requested the paid up letter and to clear the debt and they haven't emailed me the letter say amount has been paid full I don't owe them... I WILL LET EVERY ONE KNOW THAT CAPFIN ***** BIG TIME THANK YOU FOR BEING HORRIBLE..... SORT THIS OUT BY TODAY STILL WE DON'T BORROW MONEY FOR FUN WE BORROW FROM FIFNACIAL INSTITUTIONS BECAUSE WE NEED TO... A VERY VERY VERY ****** OFF CUSTOMER.I DEMAND MY PAID UP LETTER AND MY CREDIT PROFILE TO BE UPDATED.IT IS TRUE THAT INDIANS ARE CROOCKS.<br>
