DE*****ED BY CAPFIN

Good Day, I am writing this complaint with a broken heart regarding a loan application that I had with a ''So Called" employee of Capfin. Last month I put an application online for a personal loan. A guy by the name George responded to it and said that he can do a loan application for me. He asked me all my details as to a normal application and told me that I qualify for a consolidation loan of R200 000 over a period of 60 months with a monthly instalment of R5100 with Capfin. I was happy with that so I proceeded with the application. Everything seemed legit as there was no upfront fees. Then he advised me that I will receive a sum of R27 000 in my account and that I must not use it, he said that I must immediately transfer it to an account number that he gave me ( ********** 975 ) which is a Nedbank account. I proceeded to transfer the amount to that account once the funds came into my account. I kept on asking for a contract to sign but he never provided me with one. He told me once the funds goes into that account number then I will receive the Loan the following day with a contract to sign. I have not received the loan or a contract to sign up till today. He now ignores my calls and don't respond to my messages. I then saw on my account that Capfin has linked a debit order to my account for an amount of R1200. How can Capfin link a debit order to my account without my authorization or without me signing any contract with them. This is ***** and I would like this debit order to be removed. Capfin needs to regain the funds from George and the account number ( ********** 975 ). The number that George was calling me from is ********** . I can provide you with a statement of when that funds came into my account and also I can provide a proof of payment, of the payment I made to the account ( ********** 975 ). How can a big company like Capfin allow ********** to do things like this to innocent people. Capfin needs to look into this, if nothing is done I will report this to the FSCA.
