Dedbi check fail
They have a problem with their debichecks cause everyone is complaining about it, i missed the debicheck and called in MULTIPLE TIMES, i was told my bank accepted it for me but my bank is saying another debicheck has to be sent by Capfin.
Awful experience, hate the consultant i spoke to, his name is Elroy, rude,dismissive and straight up **** about everything.

Yes, i got a call from a very sweet lady advising that the matter will be handled and it was today,i even received the funds today...
I am very happy about the level of urgency and importance they gave to my matter.
