Debiting on the wrong date
Capfin keeps trying to take debit orders on the wrong dates. I receive my wages on the 30th of the month but Capfin tries to debit which ever time suits them. Over the last couple of months they have been trying to debit from the 24th or 25th of the month and it is affecting my credit scores and ratings because it shows unpaid debit orders. WHY CANT CAPFIN DEBIT THEIR MONEY ON THE DATE WHICH I HAVE AGREED UPON? This month from the 22nd, how far is the 22nd from the 30th?
