DEBIT ORDER PROCESSED WITH NO AUTHORISATION

I have a loan with Capfin that gets debited on the 27th of every month. Today at 11:25 i receive a text message that my debit order has gone through. I did not make any different arrangements with Capfin. I called the centre and spoke to a represantative, Nonhlanhla, that i supposedly received a text message on the 07th of Decemeber to find out whether i get paid earlier this month or not but i did not respond. The message Nonhlanhla read out to me needs a response of either yes/no. So who gave Capfin authorisation to debit my account today. My debit order go out early in the morning...today i receive money from home to book a ticket for my daughters operation (tonsils) and 2 min later Capfin takes the money without my knowledge nor consent. Then im told that they cannot reverse the amount. How do i get home? My daughter?? What must happen to her? My bank can only reverse the amount after 2days...i will have a chargeback on my account. Who must account for this? AGAIN WHERE IS THIS TEXT MESSAGE THEY SENT? I have an agreement with Capfin with no changes made. It is ******** to go against our agreement without my consent. I need this matter to be sorted out. THIS IS ********!!!!!
