Debit Order Dates
Capfin recently sent out an sms requesting on which date to debit for December 15.
However as they do know the debit order date as arranged previously is for every 25th of each month, they debit on my account yesterday the 10th of December 15.
I do not appreciate this as they are well aware when to debit my monthly instalment & now for this month they just went & debit 2 weeks before my due date..... I am also concerned as to when they did load the debit order & for how many days the debit order was already in tracking & further who is responsible for the bank charges on this now????? this is unacceptable, no consent was given to debit this early!!!
