Debit order - Contract break = Bank fees!!!

Capfin debited my bank account on 22 July taking money obtained for medical expenses reserved. I went into my bank and revered the transaction. They phoned me this week to inform me, its bad to have my account in arrears and this could cause arrears interest on my account. I explained to them that my pay date was only on 25 and this is confirmed as per contract. So yesterday they debited my account again (as this was arranged) but at MY BANK TRANSACTION FEES! How is this fair in any way? Fee to deduct the first time, fee to reverse, fee to debit my account again.
