debit order complained

it is with great disappointment and regret for taking a personal loan with capfin. the loan was concluded telephonically with one of their agents and to date I have never received any documents of the T&C from them for the loan I took. I have agreed that a D/O should go off my account on the 25th of every month and to my surprise this month of September they debited my account on 22nd taking the last penny i had.

when i queried this with Keitumetsi Daphney Diraditswile she said she was gonna sent me all the documentations of T&C as it clearly state how they will debit, but nothing was sent.

i don't understand why would capfin debit my account before the agreed date and the answer they gave me is that they track my account and any money that comes there they debit because there was a holiday before pay date of which it does not make any logic to me because we agreed on a date.
