Debit order
On the 26 August 2017 i settled my wife's account and two days later she received the sms that the loan is paid up. On the 1st of September 2017 her account was debited with R524 what i want to know is why her account was debited even though the loan is paid up.I need this to be sorted out before the end of COB Monday 4th i don't want any excuses , we work hard for this money and you guys you just do as you like with our accounts. Monday i don't want to hear any excuses i want that money refunded on her bank account with all the bank charges that you have caused for her.
