debicheck mandate

im having a horrible and frustrating experience with capfin with regards to debicheck approval, as i was working they sent me a debicheck approval and i couldnt approve it within 2 minutes, this is for an application i did saturday and im in dire need to the funds, theyre telling me that the bank will automatically approve the debicheck within 7 days!! when i call my bank theyre saying capfin needs to send it again, what is happening, i need this resolved quickly please, when i called again to inform them of my banks response they said it will take 48 hours for the bank to approve it
