Debicheck mandate date

So fed up with their debicheck mandate thing been sitting with expired debicheck since 29th of April they said I must wait I don't even know what am waiting for, called them to say I no longer need the money because what's the use if I'll be getting it after a month. I don't know if they can't see if this debicheck thingy or whatever is not working coz I see most people complaining for the same thing.
