Debi check??

I submitted an application yesterday as it was approved, keeps saying waiting debi check mandate authorization but no debi check has vone through. Emails don't get responded too nor whatsapp line. Its rather frustrating as when u apply for a loan the funds are needed with urgency. Very bad service from capfin
