Currently on a no work no pay

I have sent a letter I received from my company stating that I am currently on a "No work no pay" due to the Covid crisis till further notice. Upon receiving my letter I sent it to collections@capfin . And received no call or email to confirm my email. Today I received 6 automated calls from Capfin requested I make payment arrangement for month of April. I chose the option No because I cannot make a payment arrangement when I know i will no longer be receiving a salary. Please advi*****t so many automated harrassing calls instead of receiving a call from a consultant who can confirm that my letter has been received and some sort of freeze on payment can be made? This is a situation beyond my control and there is no way payment can be made when I will no longer be receiving a salary.

Still no proper assistance from Capfin. They rather told me that my loan doesn't have insurance for loss of work and recommended I make payment or settle the account. Where is the sense here ? I will NOT be receiving a salary , the letter I received from work states all this information and my company decision is based on the COVID situation. It is not my fault or anything I saw coming. I do not refuse to still settle my account once things change within my company. All I am asking for is for Capfin to freeze my loan account temporarily which I need to continue to settle once things change. Where's your humanity?
