I’m very confused when you contact capfin contact centre it’s like everyone there is untrained or confused, So initially when I app**** for capfin loan I was offered R28700 I opted to take R4500 which I settled the loan. What I wanted to know is on the profile that I created and the amount that I’m offered on my profile is it the only amount can apply for or can it be increased that’s all I want to know
