Crushed hopes

So I had my papers scanned at pepstore and capfin agent called me and told me that I qualify for a loan of 5000.after the long interview she asked me this "shud we give u that amount u need when do u expect us to debit our money back and I told her when..i was happy that my loan will b approved bcoz of the hope she gave me... After had my hopes up high she just said my loan was not successful... I was n still am hurt I don't wanna lie because of the hope she gave me.
