credit listing.

I need help with updating my score on Transunion, I became unemployed shortly after I took up a loan with Capfin in 2019, I told them about this, I then got another job in November and I have been making payments as per the arrangement. My credit score is extremely low and when I checked with transunion I was told is that Capfin has not updated my payments with them hence it shows I am more that 120 days overdue and my score remains low. I made contact with Capfin legal who then told me they updated my new balance and payments and in 21 days it should be reflecting, it is now over a full month and it still remains the same. I contacted them again today, I was told the same story that they have sent the update to Transunion. I am being sent from Pillar to post. I need this sorted out.
