Credit Bereau Information wrong

Why is the loan of R2000 which I returned back same day after you failed to cancel the application appearing on my credit report as if it's still owed? Can somebody please rectify that, I am trying to buy a house and installments that do not exist in my life like that one messes up everything. In future maintain your customers credit Bereau information all the time, it's very important. Thanks

Please advise how far this investigation is, I am so disappointed that instead of my issue to be resolved, an application which I have not made has been completed and enquiry made on my credit Bereau, what's wrong with Capfin. Can you please rectify my credit Bereau information. Thanks
