CrAA(C)dit Profile

On the 22nd of June 2015 at 10h45 I received an email from Marly from Capfin she advised me that VVM submitted my updated profile on ITC on the 2nd June 2015 she advised me it will be updated not later than the 30 June 2015 but It was not updated. I was then told that it was subnitted on the 19th June by Capfin consultant and Lizel Abrahams they both stated that it takes 30-60 days to be updated while others are saying its 7-21 working days?<br> Capfin submit consumers profiles on the 7th monthly why mine was not submitted? Abigaill Williams told mme they submitted my profile on the 25 June 2015 and she did not assist me she said she had no proof that it was sent on the 2nd June as Marly advised me.<br> Capfin when did you submit my profile to credit bureaus?<br> I know my rights as a consumer and I will take this to Ombudsman now because they don't telling me the truth.<br> Capfin its like they do not care about other people credit status.
