Capfin works like a bunch of minion's no one knows what the next one is doing. From my previous post one lady called me promised to investigate but she was like others since then no feedback. Thier service is worse then junk food. This is after I caught them trying to do ***** gave an account to settle but the account belong to another person that I don't know. Please double check before you pay, ***** inaccuracy. No person protection Nd privacy of information is followed as required by the relevent acts of law. There is a lot of *******ion going on. You get a call and don't share your information until the person can clearly identify and verify that they working for that company. Am going to report them for giving another person's personal information pretending it mine so I can settle thier freinds account. You not getting a settlement letter maybe you settled another person's account. Be careful
