Congratulations
<p>Yesterday I called into the call centre on 3 different occasions and gave all 3 agents a very hard time. I was doing a test as I too work in a call centre and needed to get an idea of how your teams deal with difficult customers. I was so impressed with the agents responses and how respectful they were considering I was being horrifically rude. Please congratulate your teams. They're doing a fantastic job.</p>
