Confused

I have been a loyal Capfin client for almost 3years now and have paid my instalments religiously except for the time i was trying to get a settlement letter and for days could not get hold of you and i was informed by an answering machine in October 2015 that they had gone for their year end party. After getting the settlement letter, i settled the account and then from there on i could not get a loan. your call center have given me so many reasons including the fact that i settled too early and the credit team will not grant me another loan because of this, seriously i dont believe that. The other reason is that my credit score is too low, surely you gave me a loan with the same credit score and the same obligations that i have now, nothing has changed. Can someone please advise me why i am being denied a loan??
