Complaint - CAPFIN
The service at this company is so shocking - there are no words for it, the loan was supposed to be paid out last Friday, still waiting for the funds to reflect in my bank account. Have sent documents through on numerous occasions, have asked and asked for an email address of a manager in the complaints section, but 5 days later still no email address. They want all emails to go to INFO @ capfin. Shocking Shocking service to say the least
