I am so heartbroken this company has consultants that confirms lies to you even after you have settled the loan they don't stop the mandates I just got debited twice and they tell me about the 24 to 48 hours even now I haven't gotten payment I have such a low balance I had to change plans because of them I hate capfin with all my heart and I will ensure I go to the police station and open a case now I am being changed by the bank as well I'm so mad I'm going to the ombudsman I'm going to news 24 to expose the dirt you are doing to people. These are hard earned monies and it's so *********** of you to deduct more than you are entitled to. What you are doing capfin is *****ulent.

02 Aug 2025, 12:29Stop debiting what's not due to you I'm sitting now with extra bank charges and stop keeping mandates active when loan has been fully paid. Debiting before the due date is totally ******* you'll lose customer's when you continue like this I highly do not recommend your services to anyone I know
