Chasing a refund
So I settled my loan and they still went after the payment. I called in for a refund and was advised it will be processed within 24 hrs, upon receipt of my POP. Obviously not as 48hrs later when I followed up they had just picked up my POP. The staff is unprofessional and their systems are constantly having errors. They too quick to run the DO but you gotta chase them around for a refund. Upon requesting to speak to a Supervisor they NEVER available to take your call. Service is **** and would never recommend anyone!!!!
