Chapin **********ly loan

My aunt Mavis Tshevu had a loan with capfin, so when she finished paying it up, the installment continues taking money on her account. When she approached them, she was told if she made another loan just before she finished paying up the first one. They told her to get a statement in the bank which showed the amount and the month that was deposited in her account. In her suprise , everything was like the way it was explained to her when she approached them telephonicall. Now she is struggling to get the proof if it's not her who made the second loan and they say nothing they can do as everything points to her. U'm really frustrated about this because she must go to butterworth to reverse the monthly. She can't walk properly due to age and she stays alone. Your help would be highly appreciated.
