Change of heart towards Capfin due to Gloria one of their agents.

So this review is to basically mention that after the back and forth with Capfin, I got a call from one of their agents named Gloria I, unfortunately, do not know her last name cause I wanted to add that as well. Anyway, after speaking to her and explaining my situation she understood and showed compassion and empathy which is what you expect from a customer service consultant and not only that she actually got down to the bottom of the issue and solved it. I need to add that it did not take a day to sort it out it took about 3 or 4 days but she constantly checked in with me to give me updates, she constantly kept me in the loop, it was amazing how she made sure that I knew exactly what was happening in my account and she created very logical expectations. She is truly the example of going above and beyond for your customers. I would also like to mention the fact that what she did for me any other agent could have done but this just shows the level of importance her role is to her and how she wants to create a smooth and positive journey for her customers well Capfin customers. I commend Capfin for employing people like her. It is the agents like Gloria that keep customers loyal to a certain brand or company and helps make them feel safe in their hands. Thank you to Capfin for employing her, in fact, she needs a raise or a promotion because if she were to be a manager a lot of escalations would be dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. A special thanks to Gloria, once again for changing my perception of Capfin and leaving me with a great customer service experience. We need more Gloria's in the customer service industry. Keep on rocking Gloria.
