Cash loan

<p>I have logged a complaint before with Capfin that I have received a bad credit on my credability , Capfin fail to honor our agreement as i have borrowed money from them the debit day was meant to be on the last day of the month but they have been debiting my cheque account from the 25th of each month that me to have a bad credit record due to insuficient funds everytime they debit before my pay date Absa has been parnalising me with the insurficient funds of R150.00 that will be R750.00 montly that is charged on my account .</p> <p> </p> <p>On the last inquiries I have logged with Helopeter one of their consultant call me again and change the debit order to the last day of the month ,that was in April again , while they have debited twice on my account and they send me a message that they will fix the problem in three days while my other debit orders were delayed . Again end of May thay debited again three times before my pay day , all this insurficient funds does not all end up in giving me their **** areas or extra charges but it ruined my credability on berua . all this happen every months their last payment went out on the 24 July instead of 31 July as per agreement , since then I have been harrased by their consultant calling me from work during working hours with my company phone or my cell number without any assistance of reimbursing all the charges that I have been paying Absa with their incompetency.</p> <p>Again today at around 13H52 they called my work line and again at 13H58 the consultant name is Unathi she claim I owe them .I do not owe Capfin any money as all this extra charges they claim I owe them instead Capfin has been robbing poeple purposely and they do not want peolpe to go to another that is the reason why the always debit before the aggement date my coluege also had the same problem with capfin .Please help the helpless as this is ***** what they are doing andthey will only say sorry while we loosing money on the other hand .NCR must look at their certificate cause they use it to rob people as much as their wrong advertisment of one month loan on TV when you apply once they give you the loan it turns to six month instead</p> <p> </p> <p>Unhappy consumer</p> <p> </p> <p>Ellen Shongwe</p>
