CAPFINWORSE SERVICE PROVIDER

Capfin has the worst customer service ever. I have been e-mailing their legal department several times for assistance in settling my outstanding account. I regret to say they have never responded to my emails. Worse when you contact their so called legal department the phone is never answered. Their lack of customer service is appealing especially when you a customer who is willing to pay them off. Their supervisors and stuff and the call centre are *********** as they are of no assistance at all and keep on sending you from post to oil with no reliable solution. I regret using their services and would not advice anyone to ever use their services
