Capfin with *****ulent loan activities

One thing I’m gonna do is to take the matter to high court I’m sick and tired of Capfin that has ruined my reputation for years , they said I took a loan from them 2013 , then they expect me to run around sorting out their mess , on their contract the name is not mine except for all the information, the account number they deposited the loan to does not belong to me , yet they expect me to do the research on their behalf, they so quite after attempting so many times to get this mess done , they will buzz me and pretend that they tried to call me ,capfin will pay for my name , I will not go around trying to sort out your mess , Standard Bank made it clear they can’t give me old bank statements but then the account number you paid the loan it does not belong to me , painful thing they are aware the *****ulent activities comes from their circle because it has loan top ups as well , meaning guys if you go try to apply for a loan at Calvin they decline you , then later they take the loan with your details, and change few things on that application, how I can’t prove it but how come a loan is paid to a wrong person with wrong details, caption are you not verifying loan applications and people’s information before paying out the loan . This prove that this activity was done inside Capfin , I need you to clear my name and pay me for ruining my name to DMC . I’m on my way to court now to sort out this mess
