terrible service. i have an existing loan and was pre approved for a top up loan. all of a sudden im declined. ive never missed a payment, my credit rating is good. surely the pre approval means you have done your checks and the final call is to make sure the customer understands and accepts the loan agreement. send me a settlement and i will pay this off immediately. NEVER EVER US THIS **** COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
