Capfin - UNPROFESSIONAL & ***********! Cannot provide call recordings!
I have logged a query on 2 April and to-date it is still not resolved. I requested call recordings and their *********** staff cannot provide the call recordings as requested! They are unprofessional and inconsiderate! My RIGHT as a consumer is to request for call recordings should I need them.
