Capfin Unauthorised Credit enquiry.

My Name is Sanele Agrippa Dlomo I have been receiving calls from Capfin every day maybe about 5 0r 6 times per day on the 7th March 2025 I decided to call their help desk enquiring about their calls every day what is it about. The agent that was taking with said need my ID number so that she can check, said it was regarding the loan offer I then said no Thank you I'm not interested. I never gave them the authorization to run an enquiry under my name.The following say I got a Notification that there will be a change on my credit score due to a new enquiry, May you kindly assist me with removing this enquiry it damaging my credit score that I'm working hard building it.
