CAPFIN -UNATHORISED DEBIT
Good day i have a loan with capfin which according to loan contract i finished on the 29th of May. i went online to check balance and it showed that it is still outstanding with R213.25. Now this morning i see they debited R1710 which was a normal installment. please assist i do not understand what is happening why am i debited my account again with this amount. i need answers asap. is my loan not done . who's responsibility is it to go reverse the money
