CAPFIN trying to de***** me of my money - Refund nightmare

I accidentally paid Capfin money inorder to settle a loan instead of Capitec on 28 January 2022. I have been trying to get my money back with no success. Last i was told that they paid my refund on 25 February 2022, yet to date i have still not received my money. I call Capfin everyday and have been allocated team leader Zandile and Lormax to assit me, but no update each time. Only that they have escalated to finance. I am tired, but will never stop fighting for my money. I submit bank statements every week and call everyday, CAPFIN is officially the most legal ********* there is. I want my money back so that i can cut ties with them FOREVER. Their 48 hours turn around time is another big lie.
