Capfin stole my money

So I took out a loan from Capfin in Nov 2017 with a repayment amount being R1700.00 p.m. payable per debit order. Unfortunately my debit order for October was rejected by the bank. Capfin's collection department phoned me about this and we agreed that I will pay an extra R250.00 p.m to catch up on this unpaid premium. No one ever told me that this arrangement is only valid for 3 months. My last normal premium was due 7 Feb 2018. Which was paid. I then still owed money for the balance of the unpaid R1700.00. When my last premium was paid, I contacted them to find out how they will be collecting this outstanding balance form me and I was advised that the collection department will once again contact me to make this arrangement, but if they do not contact me, they will deduct this as a once-off payment and my loan will be settled in full. After a few days they did phone me and I agreed that they can take another last once-off payment of R1133.80 per debit order from my bank account on the 7 March. I also get informed that there will be another small outstanding payment for costs, which I can pay over the counter at any PEP. I agree to do so. on 6 March I receive an sms from them that I promised to pay R1133.80 via debit order on the 7th. This is not a problem and the money is in the bank already. SO THIS IS WHERE THE ****S STARTS HITTING THE FAN. On 7 March I make sure I have enough money in my account for the R1133.80 to be deducted . However there is no debit order launched by them, but I do wake up with an sms from Capfin stating my my repayment of R1700.19 has not been received and I need to make sure the funds is in my account the next day as they will send it thru again. (nothing of this kind shows on my bank statement). On the the same day, 7th they also charge me another R68.40 even though the account should be settled according to the arrangement I had with them. I then contact them and nobody can tell me why the R1133.80 was not sent thru, but they tell me that the normal premium of R1700.19 will be deducted and they will refund me. I refuse to pay another R1700, as I agreed to pay R1133.80 per debit order. I mean why make this arrangement then? The next day I receive another sms stating that Non Payment of my account will prevent me from applying for credit in the future. By 10 March still no debit order has gone off on my bank account, so I decide to settle it over the counter. So today the 15th, I have other debit order going off from my account and I make sure the funds is available for this. As true as God CAPFIN take R1700.19 from my account causing my other debit order to be rejected and also reflecting poorly on my credit status and accumulating costs for unpaid debit orders from my banking institution and the company that I owe the money to, not mentioning the headache, the high stress levels and all the money lost in this. Please Capfin let me know how you will fix this right now.
