Capfin slow slow loans

I app**** for a loan 4 days ago today would be the 5th day. till date no one has contacted me from Capfin but they continue to send me sms's saying they tried to call me when i have not had any miss calls or voicemails from them. I called in yesterday twice spoke to two different people and requested a call back. no one called no surprise here! I called in this mrng and started to go through the spplication process with an agent when the like goes dead but nothing was wrong on my side as the call was still active. I call back and an agent says she cant log on to my application because the previous agent is still logged on. How is this my problem? I ask for the manager to call me back she says the manager is not in because she hasn't started working yet, 2minutes later the manager comes on the line Portia Ntengwana i requested that she address the issue and have someone call me within the hour she insisted it was not possible within the hour... and said it was my choice if i wanted to complain on hellopeter, I am disgusted with the lack of service. No one wants to do their job in this company
