CAPFIN SETTLEMENT

My Capfin account was handed over to Eastom Berry Incorporated due to the fact that i went into arrears. I requested a settlement ammount from them wich i received i paid the ammount of R3882.37 on the 30.04.2021 after settling the account and requesting a paid up letter i received a call from Easton Berry Incorporated that i still have an outstanding ammount with them when i tried to explain to them that i settled the account i was told that the settlement ammount was only for up until end of May which i was not aware of. Can i please get assistance with getting a paid up lettet because i paid the whole ammount that i received from them to settle this account. I am not willing to pay anything more than that
