CAPFIN SA ARE ****** AND **********

I am completely disappointed with Capfin and they *****ed ways. I app**** for a loan within less that 12 hours emailed them to please cancel the loan. They told me even though the amount I have not yet received it they will charge me interest on it and I would need to pay it. They are ****** who are not transparent about their business. They told me that the because its not a new loan( I have settled all other loans I have ever taken from them), They do not email you the T&C's of cancellation, They don't read the T&C's of cancellation. They are the worst provider and would not recommend anyone to use them!!! I want nothing to do with them and will take this with the Ombudsman.

Now I must pay for interest on money that is in their pockets and that interest is calculated daily bunch of ******!

I am very disappointed because I never had any issues with CAPFIN before
