Capfin ripping me off
<p>I need help with capfin they are busy calling me asking for R95 rand and they don't want with the call recording I'm tired R929 was debited on my account on the 27/07/17 now I'm getting a call DAT R95 is left behind its interest charged this is too much last I spoke to one the constant she said I have to pay R1200 the was debited on the month of may then I get a call that I to pay R108 its money that was left behind comes month they debit R 920 and bothers to call and say sorry for the mistake ,I reversed the money I told I will pay R 108 that I owe them then thy refund me R744 I asked who said to refund me coz I reversed the money thy kept calling the month now I jst let them debit R920 now I get a call that I'm owing R95 interest added I'm upset coz money does not grow on trees.</p>

Hy abt the agent who told me DAT my balance was R 1200 then later I get a call DAT I'm owing R109 comes month end then 920 was debited and I called and told the agent that I am going revers the money then pay the R108 that owe then a refund was put to my account of R744 who said capfin must refund me coz I called in and said I will be reversing the money that was debited . thnx another agent called then said I owe R923 the amount was debited this month why was 95 not debited and why was I not advised on this in time I still don't understand abt the R95 why shld I have to pay for mistakes that is being made by capfin and no one has ever looked in the matter and I asked for a call recording on wht I was advised on the settlement amount till this day no call recording its not my falut that I was not given correct information abt the settlement amount fix this as far as I know I'm done wth capfin and don't debit my account
