Capfin REFUSAL to make arrangements during Pandemic and ongoing Harassment calling place of work.
I received a letter from employer stating that the business is unable to pay salaries. I them made Capfin aware and sent them the letter. Instead of coming up with possible suggestions on how we can go forward, they blatantly REFUSE to hear me and instead are continuously calling my place of work looking for me. Now they are HARASSING ME!!!!
This is their response from Nonkosinathi Nongwe:

We will not be able to freeze,reduce or change your instalment, nor extend your loan term, as the terms of the contract were agreed to by you when you took the loan from us.
We are not able to make any amendments to the contract until the loan is settled, or a new loan is offered.
Should you wish to settle the account, please contact us to receive the correct settlement amount.

I sent the same letter to another credit provider and we came up with an amicable solution and they are not calling my employer daily in attempts to HARASS me. Capfin is HARASSING ME. PLEASE WHERE DO I REPORT THIS?
