Capfin - Poor Financial Service Provider
Capfin failed to submit my profile / details to ITC for clearing after I paid up my loan with them.
Subsequently, Capfin further **** and/or someone did not do their job well and advised Transunion that I am in arrears. This has really upset me because it has severely affected my credit score.
Capfin has given me a worse service ever. The issue is still not sorted.
