Capfin Personal Loan

Good day,

I am writing this review. I took out a loan and ran into some unforeseen medical expenses. I tried to make arrangements, but was told they can only help with the month premium that was behind.

Capfin constantly phoned and harassed me at my previous work. I was asked to leave due to constant phone calls. So now have I lost my source of income. So how must I pay may loan if I do not have any source of income?

I have send numerous emails to the collections and legal department. Yet I am not getting any feedback. I am only getting threatening sms's stating that they are listing this on all the credit bureaus. And that my account is going to be handed over in 23 days.

Still no feedback. I have no source of income and trying to inform Capfin, yet I am still receiving sms's stating that I need to pay.

I am trying to make arrangements. But being told sorry I have to pay.

This is really bad. I did not ask to sit in this situation, and they are not being helpful in any manner whatsoever.

Please Capfin is easy and fast to list at the credit bureaus, and hand over my account. But not willing to help to make alternative arrangements.

If someone may please give me any feedback.
