Capfin people ***** and unprofessional

Ok I've shared reviews about capfin here and must say they are very unprofessional in their approach to dealing with clients..I was contacted by a lady from the collections dept to restructure my payment as I had fallen behind due to the unforeseen lockdown and shutting of most businesses and I went through the entire process with her and accepted it but ever since that I have been getting calls daily from their call centre from their clueless people asking me for payment and they dont know about the restructuring I have done although I spoke to a lady from there to do it..so basically these people have not put what was arranged into the system for others to see so what a waste of time and now harassment daily from them..they rep**** to my last reviews to close their complaint but still doing the same thing over and over again..and when I ask the people that call me daily are you from the collections dept they say yes only to be found that they work at the call centre and speak lies to clients..
