CAPFIN PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!
Called capfin for a settlement discount since I am no longer working, they refused and said I must pay the full amount capfin it's so inconvenient and inconciderate they dont care about us. aThey should be thankful that am willing to settle but instead they giving mi the run around.
They don't care about their clients all I want to do is settle and close this account. The staff is not even trained properly how can she advise mi to apply for debt review while I told them am unemployed?? ??
Worst service ever.
