Capfin offers the worst customer service ever!!!

I've had the worst experience with Capfin. They give us an option to make payment arrangements then they still go ahead and do their own deductions without your consent. I had missed only 1 payment which I now pay according to the arrangement made but the report on my credit report says I have missed 3 payments for 3 consecutive months. That's bull$%@&$! I would not advise a soul to even get loans from this company. Their call centre consultants dont even know how to handle customer complaints. So disappointed in Capfin. I wish there was an option to give them 0% rating, they dont deserve the 1 star.
