Capfin not bad at all

I wrote a 1 star review for Capfin previously. I am now inclined to change it to a 4 star simply because of how the Capfin team (Charmaine specifically) has been keeping me constantly updated and trying to resolve my problem. I think it could have been 5 stars if the people I spoke to initially had been as supportive as her.
