CAPFIN - NEVER TAKE A LOAN WITH THEM !!

I took a loan with Capfin in 2019 to consolidate debt and have duly paid my instalments every month on time even when I became unemployed in June 2020. In February 2021 due to financial constraints I made arrangements to pay 50% of my instalment due for 3 months..... well ...... so the story began. You are treated like a seasonal ********, emails are not accepted - you have kept to your arrangements and you are still phoned and threated with legal and non stop sms's...... NEVER AGAIN and I will discourage anyone from putting themselves through this. I cannot wait for this loan to be fully paid. No matter how much you try to be pro-active this is unacceptable to Capfin. If you phone them, the wait is endless to be attended to and for some reason their lines are always unclear and consultants are barely audible - but when they phone you, the line is perfectly clear. They are nothing more than bullies - and as the loans are unsecured.....you cannot even report them to any formal body........
