capfin loans

i had the worse service ever from capfin loans,they would'nt give me loan because i bank with tymebank,i emailed them to find out why cant they pay my loans to tymebank? their responce"kindly note that our system does not support tyme bank,capfin accepts banks that are Naedo & AVS users and tyme bank is not Naedo &AVS enables.our country is fancing serious financial troubles and we have companies who does not want to support our own south african businesses,this is pethatic ???????i think we can do better really.
