CAPFIN Loans Bad service

Upon contacting Capfin to get the paid up letter and update my information accordingly I am being informed that i need to get the paid up letter and update the credit bureaus myself. Kindly advise as to which legislation it is that you conform to as this is a clear contravention of the law. I hereby request that you update my ITC information within the next 7 days as this account was settled the previous week. My account is listed as CAPFIN at the various credit bureaus and thus it is your responsibility to correct the balance due and state that it is paid in full.
